Share your leadership skills! Be a Team Captain and coordinate a group of volunteers at one of 60 local non-profits. Choose from the available projects by clicking "Sign Me Up!". You can learn more about each project by clicking on the name/ticket on the next page.
Team Captains serve as the liaison between the project site, the volunteers on the project and the Washington, DCJCC.
As Team Captain you are responsible for:
• Contacting the project site and the volunteers prior to December 25th and keeping everyone informed of the important details
• Ensuring that all volunteers know where to meet and how to get to the project site
• Meeting with your group at the Washington DCJCC (for most projects) about an hour before the project start time and help instill a team spirit and organization
• Serving as the main contact to your group during the project
