Celebrate Good Deeds Week and make laundry kits for people experiencing homelessness!

What: Buy all of the supplies and make laundry kits that will support clients at Everyone Home DC.

Each laundry kit should include:

• 1 Detergent Pod

• 2 Laundry Sheets

• 1 Handwritten note 

• 1 Stain remover pack

All instructions will be sent out via email along with a family-friendly learning sheet. We ask that each ticket-holder make at least 10 laundry kits. 

When: Completed laundry packs may be dropped off the at the JCC front desk between March 27th and April 2nd. We will not accept kits after April 2nd. The JCC is open M-Th: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM | F: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Weekends: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Where: This is an at-home project. All laundry kits must be delivered to the EDCJCC located at 1529 16th Street NW, Washington DC, 20011.
