Couch to 5k with Danielle Hirt (Coach D) M
Getting off the couch is half the battle! But if a person can walk for five minutes, they will be able to set their goals toward a 5K run in just a few weeks.Workouts include a warm-up, running for a short period of time, walking, repeat, and a cooldown. As the weeks progress, the intervals change so that participants are running more and walking less. By the last week, you’ll run a 5K (jut over three miles!) without stopping.
Eight-Week Program designed for a group. Program will include weekly run training with an end goal of running 3.1 miles. Members will be given strength training, mobility and nutrition recommendations along the way.
Includes one time per week in person meet up. Group run, strength training and/or mobility. No custom plans - members will choose beginner, int, or advanced based on registration information. Members will receive a weekly check in with education specific to their stage in the program, gear suggestions, nutrition/fueling strategies, and motivation along the way. Access to Running Coach to answer questions about running during the program. Running Coach to provide gait assessment, review and recommendations.
