A workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using a light to moderate barbell or hand weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout with scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.

*Dumbbells required
*5-20lbs dumbbells recommended
