Changemakers: LGBTQ+ Story-Sharing with Casa Ruby
Location: Virtual

LGBTQ changemakers story-sharing

Join us for an evening of virtual story-sharing with three trans women who have dedicated their lives to helping LGBTQ+ young adults get back on their feet. Ruby Corado, Holly Goldmann, and Consuella Lopez, who have created a safe and welcoming home for LGBTQ+ youth at Casa Ruby, will share a piece of their lives with us. Their stories include what it is like to be a trans woman of color, a trans Jewish woman, the experiences of being undocumented and homeless, and ultimately the face of comfort and support for young LGBTQ+ people struggling to obtain housing, employment and community.

In partnership with GLOE, Nice Jewish Boys, and Bet Mishpachah
