The EDCJCC knows how important fitness is for young adults of all abilities. As part of our inclusion initiative we are partnering with an organization called KEEN. They are expanding their programs through an adult Zumba program. All Zumba classes are free of charge. Zumba class will be held the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month starting September 17th. Classes will be held at the EDCJCC Gymnasium. Claysmile Entertainment and ZuzuFit will be providing instructors for the class. Suitable for ages 18 and up.
“A fun, motivational Zumba dance party that promotes unity, enthusiasm, and exercise. The music is hot, the moves are easy-to-follow, and the energy is exhilarating. It’s a blast! It’s more than just a dance party. It’s an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime!” - Claysmile Entertainment
KEEN’s Mission is to empower youth with disabilities by providing free, non-competitive one-to-one programs of exercise, fitness and fun, led by volunteer coaches. KEEN’s Vision is fostering the confidence, self-esteem and inclusion in the community for youth with disabilities; strengthening the community through education of volunteers; and providing families with respite and a supportive network.
