Best for babies age newborn–1 year old and their dads

New to fatherhood?  Looking for a way to bond with your baby and stay fit at the same time?  Come to our unique Daddy and Me workshop to meet other new dads, stay healthy, and have fun.

Physician, father of three, and a self-described human jungle gym Dr. Joshua Levitt knows from experience that our fast-paced lifestyles leave fathers with very little time to bond with their children, let alone time to exercise. While modern fathers want to maximize their involvement with their babies, they sometimes lack good role models in how to do so. Dr. Levitt, author of Baby Barbells: The Dad’s Guide to Fitness and Fathering, will show dads how to make the most of their precious time with baby.
”A must read for any new father. It will help you stay fit in the face of fatherhood, make you laugh, and fill your soul with encouragement and inspiration.” —Abram Levin, MD and Father of two
Families with two fathers are welcome to have both parents participate in the workshop.
We encourage comfortable clothes as the workshop will be hands-on and include exercises.
