The Ann Loeb Bronfman Gallery Presents: An Evening With Mary Lynn Kotz Thursday July 21, 2011 7:00 PM Tickets: $5 Members/Students w/ ID: FREE Mary Lynn Kotz, a journalist and author based in Washington DC, has written five books., including Rauschenberg: Art and Life, for which she won the Iowa Author Award and the International Design Award. A former magazine editor and writer, she is also a contributing editor for ARTnews magazine. Mrs Kotz will be discussing Susan Weil and Robert Rauschenberg's collaborations and relationship, from their beginings at Académie Julian in Paris through the Black Mountain School and the 1950's New York art scene. Please join us for a post-lecture reception. This event is presented in conjunction with the Ann Loeb Bronfman Gallery's exhibit of Susan Weil and José Betancourt's Blueprints which runs through September 9.
