Seeking Asylum at our Borders
Foundry United Methodist Church

The issue of seeking asylum at the US-Mexico border remains a critical one for thousands of vulnerable people fleeing their homes in search of safety. Come for an evening of learning, sharing, and taking action with HIAS, which is addressing this issue both at our southern border and in the halls of Congress. We will get updates on the current situation, what legal rights and protections are afforded asylum seekers under US and international law, and what action steps you can take to ensure we continue to grant asylum.

A vegetarian dinner will be served.

We request a $12 registration fee to help cover the costs of the program. If this is in any way a hardship please email Sonya.

Please click on the "Sign Me Up!" button to proceed to registration.

In partnership with HIAS, the JCRC, and ADL.
