Preparing for Childbirth is a comprehensive 8-week series covering pregnancy health, relaxation, labor anatomy and physiology, pain management, and common variations and complications. Included are practice exercises designed specifically for labor and delivery. While focused on preparing for a natural childbirth in a hospital setting, Preparing for Childbirth also includes thorough and judgment-free discussion of all labor and delivery scenarios, including epidurals and c-sections. Come prepare for your birth, your way!

About Nicole Bruno:
Nicole is a certified Doula and childbirth educator supporting the DC area. Nicole opened her business, Sacred Journey Birth Services, in 2012 and has helped dozens of families attain their birth vision through support and education. Her hands-on birth experiences bring a unique perspective to her classes and provide a wealth of knowledge and experience about the various choices, obstacles and solutions surrounding birth in the DC area. When Nicole is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 year old daughter.
*The make-up date will be used if Nicole needs to cancel a class in order to attend a birth.
