DCJCC Writer's Workshop
The DCJCC Writer's Workshop is a monthly workshop where writers of all levels can receive feedback on their poetry, memoir and fiction in an extremely supportive environment. Prompts will be assigned, but any work is acceptable. No written critiques or preparation required, just bring your work and a willingness to engage in your fellow writers' words.

For New Students: New students must apply and be accepted before registering!
To apply for inclusion, please
email tamiw@washingtondcjcc.org with a writing sample and what you hope to accomplish in
the workshop. Michelle Brafman will notify you of your acceptance by email by November 10.
The deadline for returning student registration and new student applications is Wednesday, October 30.

Instructor: Michelle Brafman
Michelle Brafman is the author of the novel Washing the Dead. Her writing has appeared in The Washington Post, Tablet, Lillith Magazine, The Los Angeles Review of Books, and elsewhere. She teaches fiction writing at the John Hopkins MA in Writing Program.
