Unplugging is about mindfulness, and really, fully being in one’s own body.
Because society wants our gender expression to fit into neat and tidy boxes, we can all feel disconnected from ourselves and our bodies, compartmentalized. In this meditation, we will focus on bringing these parts together – in whatever that integration may look like! – and being mindful of the beauty in each body’s uniqueness.
ALL ARE WELCOME!
Please wear comfortable clothes.
This is event is free but please RSVP – space is limited!
Brittanie DeChino
Along with an M.S. in Exercise Science, certification in Power Pilates Mat and ACE Group Fitness Instruction, Brittanie did her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Radiantly Alive Yoga in Ubud, Bali and completed Dharma Mittra’s 500-hour Life Of a Yogi Teacher Training program in 2011. Brittanie's classes are light-hearted and filled with joy. Her funny personality and positive energy shine through when she teaches – and you’ll most likely catch her contagious laugh at least once.
