beer tastingLet there be chametz!

Passover is over, and our favorite certified Beer Educator Mike Reinitz is coming back to the DCJCC! After all, what better way to mark the end of Passover than with a whole lot delicious chametz-y beer?

Mike will guide us through a variety of local brews from around the DC, Maryland, and Virginia, including ales, stouts, and more. And since we're back to eating bread again, expect some doughy goodies as well!

$25 in advance
$30 at the door

Mike Reinitz is a Certified Cicerone® through the Cicerone® Certification Program, as well as a Beer Educator at the Washington Wine Academy. He is also a BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) Certified Judge and works at 3 Stars Brewing Company’s DC Homebrew Shop. Mike is a member of Brewers United for Real Potables and has even collaborated on a beer with DC Brau, the District’s first packaging brewery since 1956. He is a proud member of the Brewers Association as well as the American Homebrewers Association, and frequently travels the country, and the world, seeking out great beer at beer conferences and festivals.
