Do you dread family dinners? Do you find yourself saying “just two more bites?” Are you sick of your kids turning their noses up at the dinner you made? Are you limited to the few meals that you know your kids will eat? In this workshop we will discuss the reasons behind kid pickiness and we’ll explore ways to make meals (and mealtime) more appealing for your children and yourself.

The workshop will help you:·

  • Understand the reasons behind picky eating and limited palates
  • Feel confident managing and defusing mealtime struggles
  • Try new recipes and approaches that will make food more inviting for your kids
