Would you like some GLOE with that wine?: A summertime wine tasting class

GLOE Summer Wine TastingWednesday, July 14
7:00 pm- 9:00 pm | Washington DCJCC
Cost: $10 General Admission

Instructor: Jay Caplan

It’s hot outside, so let’s see what summer white wines and a rose (Israeli and kosher) we can drink to enjoy in our Washington humidity.

We will learn about wine from outside the bottle and inside. We will taste chardonnay, riesling, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio and a rose.

We will answer what questions to ask the wine merchant to get a wine suitable for your event. What is it about wine lingo? To learn about wine, you have to read, taste and talk; and we will do all three.

The event will take place in the Washington DCJCC Ann Loeb Bronfman Gallery, and participants will have the opportunity to enjoy Robert Giard’s photographs of the pioneering GLBT Jews.

This event is intended for a 21+ audience.  An RSVP is required to attend the event.
