Pregnancy loss is an issue that impacts many and yet remains deeply enshrouded in shame and silence. As a result many women experience ongoing emotional and physical challenges following a loss, and are often not afforded the time and space to process the experience.

This workshop is designed to help you connect with your emotional and physical self after pregnancy loss. Our time together will consist of gentle movement, journaling, guided visualization, discussion, and mindfulness, all aimed at helping you to integrate the experience of loss, feel greater ease within your body, and find support and community.

While we recognize that the needs and experiences of those who have experienced loss at different stages of pregnancy are different, we are leaving this workshop open to all women who have experienced pregnancy loss.  It is our hope to foster an environment of inclusivity and mutual support that will be beneficial to all women who have experienced a loss, regardless of type or how recent the loss was. We welcome questions about this so please feel free to reach out to us if you'd like to discuss this before signing up.  You can reach us at:Drebasch@gmail.com and Manisha@fallingleafwellness.net
