Hack Your Dating Life: Keys to Success in 2021
Zoom

Jolly Christmas.pngDating has never been easy and 2020 has made it even harder, but we are here to help! Whether you're getting out there for the first time in a long time, or have been swiping on dating apps for awhile and need a new perspective, there is a lot to learn and discuss about modern dating. In this interactive class series facilitated by dating expert Erika Ettin and therapist Alex Honigman, we will examine what you are putting out there in the dating world to help you attract the person you are looking for, decipher your deal-breakers, learn to present your best self online and in person, and discuss healthy relationships. At the end of each class, you will also get to mingle in small groups with other single classmates!

About the Instructors:

erika.jpgErika Ettin is the author of Love at First Site and Founder of A Little Nudge, where she helps people navigate the world of online dating. Her services include: writing a unique profile to get you noticed, helping to choose your best profile pictures, writing one-of-a-kind emails to get someone’s attention, and planning dates. After working in the finance industry for over seven years (and doing years of online dating herself), Erika realized that her true calling was personal marketing, or helping people put their best foot forward online. A Little Nudge has been featured in The Washington Post, NPR, Good Day Philadelphia, JDate, News Channel 8, Ask Men, and more.

IMG_4761.jpgAlex Honigman, LICSW, MA enjoys the relationship between the psyche and society. Having never wanted to pick a side in the nature versus nurture debate he pursued degrees in both Psychology and Sociology and finally a Masters of Social Work with an emphasis on clinical interventions. He has worked as an educator for non-profits and lecturer for Universities.  Starting as a therapist for survivors of trauma, moving on to perpetrators and spent significant time as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at a Forensic State Hospital.  Alex continues to emphasize culture as a key component to effective therapy and the changing of systems (organizations and businesses).  Whether this be through; music, film, tv, art, comics, games, memes or other aspects of popular (or sometimes unpopular) culture.  Utilizing an individuals cultural values to make for a more meaningful individualized therapeutic intervention.
