Where do you go to find a social scene when you’re single, Orthodox and living in Israel? Check out “the Jerusalem Swamp”—the neighborhood that has nearly everything any other hip neighborhood for singles has except all the restaurants are kosher, the skirts longer and there are a lot more synagogues! Get to know the playboy doctor, the “good” girl, the artist looking for love, the newly-divorced guy still sexually attracted to his wife and all the rest of their friends who never expected to still be living the singles life as they grapple with the conflicts between their desires and Jewish law.
Presented in partnership with the 16th Street J’s J-on-Demand and the Leo and Anna Smilow Center for Jewish Living and Learning
Co-sponsored by the Embassy of Israel
